NOTE - This hat is VERY SMALL. I recommend it for a young child or TINY headed person. This is why it is also heavily discounted. The mannequin head it is pictured on is a regular size mannequin head - the hat will fit on larger heads but in a more 'perched' fashion and would need securing with bobby pins or a headband.
